Meet the voice behind Voice College Essays.

I love everything about college: the energy of the campuses, the echo of the lecture halls, and most of all, the freedom that it gives students to discover themselves.

That's what led me to work with colleges and universities across the U.S. in my work as a content writer and copywriter. I'm the founder of Voice Communications, which provides marketing and content services to businesses and organizations across many different industries, including higher education. 

 

I've captured stories about students, alumni, faculty, and community impact and created all kinds of content for wide-ranging audiences. In addition, I've written extensively about college preparation and admissions, high school academics, school success, the SAT and ACT exams, and similar topics for one of the country's most respected tutoring and test prep companies.

Through that work, I gained a window into college admissions, learning what colleges are looking for. A strong admissions essay can set a student apart. It's an opportunity to reveal their voice, share something important about themselves, and bolster their college application.

Aside from my professional background, I'm a parent of two college students who recently navigated the admissions process, so I also know this process firsthand.
