Voice College Essays is operated by [Voice Communications, LLC] (“I,” “me,” or “my”). This policy explains what information I collect through this website, how I use it, and the choices you have. By using the site, you agree to this policy.

Information I collect

• Information you give me. When you fill out a contact form, subscribe to updates, or book a service, I collect details such as your name, email address, phone number (if you provide it), your student’s name and grade, and any message you send.

• Information from coaching. If we work together, I receive intake forms, essay drafts, and related application materials. I use these only to provide coaching and keep them confidential.

• Automatic information. Like most websites, this site collects basic technical data such as your browser type, device, pages visited, and approximate location, through cookies and analytics tools provided by Wix.

 

How I use your information

• To respond to your questions and schedule sessions

• To provide coaching services and send invoices

• To send updates or blog posts, only if you have asked to receive them

• To understand how the site is used and improve it

 

Sharing
I do not sell your personal information. I share it only with service providers that help me run the business, such as Wix (website hosting and forms), Google (email), Zoom (sessions), and payment services (Venmo, PayPal, or bank transfer). They may use your information only to provide their services. I may also share information if the law requires it.

Students and children
This site is intended for parents and for students who are applying to college. I do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this site. A parent or guardian arranges and pays for services for students under 18.

 

Cookies
You can control or block cookies in your browser settings. Some features of the site may not work properly if you do.

Your choices
You can ask me to access, correct, or delete the personal information I have about you, or to stop sending you emails, by writing to michaele@voicecommunications.org Every email update includes an unsubscribe link.

 

Security
I take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no method of storing or sending data online is completely secure.

 

Changes
I may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version.
